Charlie Caris

Charlie Caris is an Analyst Consultant at Praescient Analytics. Currently, Charlie is part of a project team building an international CT/CVE clearinghouse for stakeholders including the US Department of State and the Global Counterterrorism Forum. The goal of the clearinghouse is to enable smarter CT/CVE programming by identifying gaps and overlaps in current efforts.

Prior to Praescient, Charlie was a Syria Analyst at the Institute for the Study of War where he focused on ISIS governance and Syrian rebel groups.

He holds a B.A. in Arabic and Government from Georgetown University and has studied in Alexandria, Egypt.
