Shaykh Faizul Siddiqi

Shaykh Siddiqi the Chancellor of Hijaz College Islamic University, an institution which uniquely combines and applies reason and the natural science to Islamic academia. A pioneer of numerous dynamic organisations which encompass a fusion of professional, business, religious and student communities in the UK and throughout the world. He has formally studied at Jamia Islamia, Al Azhar University. He is Founder of the Muslim Arbitration Tribunal that offers British Muslims a forum for dispute resolution within the Arbitration Act and the remits of Islamic Sacred Law. National Convenor and key organiser of Muslim Action Forum, campaigning for Global Civility, uniting Muslim groups in responding to the vilification of Islam through an invitation of civility and better human understanding.

Shaykh Siddiqi is the founder of Hijaz Community, which aims at individual change and has a proven ability to unite and harness communities to effect positive societal transition and positive change on a local, national and international level.

Shaykh Siddiqi is a multi-disciplined strategic thinker and is regarded as one of the most influential Muslim scholars worldwide. He is known for his thinking ‘outside of the box’ in difficult areas of religious and modern issues. He is the only Barrister in Europe who is also a fully qualified scholar of Islam.
